TAFCO Rural Supplies is seeking an enthusiastic person who is passionate about agriculture to join our small but growing staff team. 

TAFCO is member owned co-operative, an independent supplier of rural merchandise, chemicals, fertiliser, animal health products and stockfeed, based in Myrtleford since 1987.  Our store services farms throughout the Ovens, King and Kiewa Valleys and the Beechworth/Stanley region by providing a weekly scheduled delivery service.

Responsibilities include a mix of store based rural merchandise sales along with dispatch of orders, receipting goods in, data entry of purchase orders, generating quotes and warehouse activities whilst maintaining a welcoming, friendly and well-presented store environment.  Relief truck driving for on farm deliveries is also required when regular staff are on leave.

Providing high quality customer service throughout the sales process is important to TAFCO whilst maintaining a safe workplace.

You will be a self-motivated sales driven person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships and willing to roll your sleeves up to get the job done.

Candidates with a current Medium Rigid Truck Licence, Forklift Licence, AgVet Chemical User Certificate and experience with inventory and stock control and POS system would be ideal but not a prerequisite to applying.
