Supporting the local community through sponsorship and distributing the profits back to our members ensures that profits are retained locally for the economic benefit of the region.  Anyone can trade with TAFCO and if you trade you have the opportunity to join the co-operative and share in member benefits.  TAFCO is not about maximising the return on investment to shareholders but is about providing quality goods and services, meeting members needs at competitive pricing and then sharing profits amongst members based on trading.

TAFCO is a leader during times of natural disaster - stepping up to assist when the rural sector has been hit hard by floods, fires and drought.  Working with local government and community groups to bring assistance to farmers through practical support by way of vouchers for them to acquire goods that they need at the time most needed.
